Is any of that type over the video supposed to be legible? What was the point of having sound in it if you aren’t saying anything.
To me the obvious solution is to cut out the text and do it as a voiceover.

Hi Mark,
The video was found on Google Video, not my creation. I thought it would be handy to include it for visual reference only, which is why I added the link to the macworld article as well.
Yeah the text is tough to read, but the article combined with the video should do the trick.
